Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Newhaven and work throughout East Sussex — including Brighton & Hove, Saltdean, the Lewes area, Hurstpierpoint, Hurstmonceux and Pevensey. We've also taken on jobs further afield in Tunbridge Wells, Surrey and parts of London for existing customers.
Which boilers do you install?
We mainly fit Worcester, Vaillant and Glowworm boilers. We'll talk through the options for your home and recommend the right size and model for your hot water and heating demand.
Can you handle a full bathroom or wet room from start to finish?
Yes. We install full bathrooms, en-suites and wet rooms including first-fix pipework, tanking, tiling, sanitaryware and final commissioning. Accessible and disabled baths are something we've fitted as well.
My radiators are cold at the bottom — do I need a powerflush?
Often, yes. Cold spots usually mean sludge has built up in the system. A powerflush or magnacleanse clears it out and gets the heat moving evenly again. We can take a look and tell you honestly whether it's needed.
Do you do small jobs as well as installations?
We do. Tap repairs, leak tracing, cloakroom fit-outs and one-off radiator swaps are all part of the work. No job is too small to ask about.
